製作方便，不需經過蒸煮的過程，可以一次將外皮製作起來，且耐冷凍、冷藏。外皮雪白細緻，口感綿細不黏牙有別於一般的麻糬的Q感，類似客家粿粽的口感，甜度低，不膩口，不影響變化口味的味道。冷藏後產品口感不會老化，不需回蒸。可變化口味，口味鹹味或甜味可以和原料一起攪拌，變化更多。
製作方法：
先將水92±2克及白油15克煮至沸騰，沖入綿綿Q粉100克，以快速攪打5分鐘至表面光滑無顆粒即可。
儲 存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
