The softly sweet nuance of green tea is enhanced when it's delicately hand-rolled, after which it acquires an airy flavour, a delicate mouthfeel, and a pleasantly dry finish.
Ingredients:
- Hand Rolled Green Tea
- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of tea leaves in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
