The air filter is wrapped in reinforced metal providing maximum strength to prevent filter collapse. Unique One-Piece High Quality Housing W/ Sight Window: A custom CAD designed roto-molded housing made from heat resistant material eliminates the use of multiple components and ensures the coolest air intake charge available. A large clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the air box. The roto-molded housing is made out of black cross-linked polyethylene. A urethane plug is also included if you wish to completely seal the auxiliary air scoop. High Quality Tube: This system uses a high quality plastic CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. This tube has a built-in resonance chamber to catch un-wanted air intake noises. Premium Hardware: Premium stainless steel clamps and a silicone coupling are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available. A worthwhile addition to just butyl itself.

I used this as a topper to butyl sound deadening material on the floor and side panels and am very pleased. It was generally easy to use. It is very sticky and cannot be easily repositioned as the foam will separate from the sticky side if you try, but its not a big deal. I have yet to run the car but the panels are much quieter when tapped on vs just the butyl alone, and this stuff weighs almost nothing.

Easy to install and great value.

Very easy to cut and install with the rollers I bought separately. It adheres well even though I was installing it when the weather was closer to 40-50 degrees. Definitely helps to deaden the sound from the bare sheet metal.

Garbage

Straight garbage, I tried to cut corners on cost of building an spl car and should have stuck with dynamat or something like that. This is NOT for sound deadening…… Garbage product!!!
