- Alfalfa** (Medicago sativa)
- Red Raspberry Leaf** (Rubus idaeus)
- Nettle Leaf* (Urtica dioica)
- Moringa Leaf* (Moringa oleifera)
- Fennel Seed* ( Foeniculum vulgare )
- Chamomile Flower* (Matricaria chamomilla)
- Oat Tops* (Avena sativa)

Preparation:
Use 1/2 Tablespoon per 8 oz hot water. Steep covered for 10 minutes.
Long Infusion: Use 3-4 tablespoons per quart of hot water. Steep covered for 4 hours on the counter for a mineral-rich infusion. Strain and sip.
