Realizing our mistake, we figured we might as well cup it anyway to see how it tasted. It turned out wonderful! Full, robust, classic and it filled a void we had in our line-up for a more developed espresso blend to complement Show Pony. It’s since become one of our most popular whole bean coffees proving that there are no mistakes, just happy little accidents.
