Discs 1 and 2 feature the complete soundboard recording of the Moscow, Russia show on September 28, 1991.
This show was previously released as the B-side of a single and as an official video, and although the set is a little short for the festival, this is the first time the complete soundboard recording has been released!

Disc 3 contains the complete pro-shot footage of the Urban Hills, Michigan show on November 24, 1990.
The video has been available in the past, but this time it has been processed from the master copy with the latest video processing and recorded in the best quality ever in terms of image and sound!
