The Human TGM1 (Transglutaminase 1, KeRatinocyte) ELISA Kit measures TGM1 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti TGM1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with TGM1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of TGM1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Another great Amazon buy. Don't let the price or the crazy brand name keep you away. When I took the OEM grill off and compared it to this, it was pretty much spot on. All the clips are located in the right place, fits nice & snug and looks great. The most trouble I had was figuring out how to insert the front camera delete. There are no directions or videos explaining it. Once I concluded there's only one logical direction, I held my breath and applied the force that was needed to snap it into place. After that, it was a breeze (thanks to an unaffiliated YouTube video). Time will tell if it holds up (didn't like the other review that showed paint feeling off after a few weeks; not sure what that's about). If mine does the same, I'll surely update my review. For now, Highly Recommended.
