Yellow-green colour, characteristic delicate flavour and aroma of borage. Borage oil naturally contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) – an omega-6 fatty acid typical of borage seeds (a biochemical fact of the plant).

Intended use
Oil for cold dishes: for salads, dressings, or eaten straight from a teaspoon. The delicate flavour does not overpower the food. Not suitable for frying – unrefined oil degrades at high temperatures. Vegan.
Directions for use
Recommended serving size: 1 teaspoon (4 g) per day. 100 ml bottle = approx. 25 servings of 4 g each. Add to a salad, dip or yoghurt, or consume directly from a teaspoon. Add just before serving.
Storage
Store in a dark, cool place. Close the bottle tightly after opening. The oil may become cloudy or solidify at low temperatures – this is a natural phenomenon and is fully reversible.
