Originally the toaster for UK superstars The Specials and then one-third of Fun Boy 3, Staple continues his critically acclaimed solo career with this album of new material plus several bonus dub mixes. Features guest appearances by former Geraldine Fibbers and The Jayhawks violinist Jessy Greene as well as producer Ed Rome. After his tenures with The Specials and FB3, Staple joined Ranking Roger from The Beat to form Special Beat in 1990, a revival group playing hits from both former two-tone bands. This was in response to the huge explosion of interest in ska in the United States, the so-called third wave of ska. Since then, he rejoined The Specials for a few reunion tours before returning to his solo career.

Colorful, Sturdy & Great Value

Purchased for our two puppies when they were 2 months old and weighed about 14 pounds so theses balls were a little big for them to hold in their mouths but that didn't stop them from trying. While they did like these balls they much preferred softer soccer balls, the later of which did not hold up well at all. I had hoped they would play with these balls more when they were older but that hasn't happened 5 months later. I guess it's no fun if you can't tear the toy apart. Colors are very bright and they do enjoy chasing after them as long as I am the one rolling them across the room for them. Maybe when they progress to batting things with their paws they will start to do this for themselves.

These balls were almost exactly what I needed. I was replacing my boy’s favorite ball, which is the 3” squeaky, spikey ball that fits in the chuck it launcher. Unfortunately I saw the shiny object next to it and because there were SIX balls and a dollar less, I failed to see that these are 3.5” balls instead of 3”…. Great balls but no fitty in the slingy. Buyer beware. No chuck it no problem. Save a buck.
