Whole Fresh Brill is a delicious flat fish which we think its highly under-rated. Not as popular or well known as Turbot, but Brill fish is usually great value for money and many prefer it for its sweet, delicate flavour. Caught from the UK South West Coast waters, our fresh Whole Brill are hand prepared by our fishmonger and supplied pan or oven ready direct to your door. Simply place the whole fresh Brill into a large roasting pan, splash with olive oil and roast in the oven for around 20-30 mins (see our recipe section for more detail). This whole roast Brill fish is ideal to share and makes a great family weekend roast.

• Each pack contains either: 
• Regular - 500g to 700g x 1, (Serves 1 to 2)
• Medium - 700g to 1kg x 1, (Serves 2 to 3)
• Large - 1.4kg to 1.7kg x 1, (Serves 4 to 5)
• Whole fish, gutted, skin on, trimmed
• Serves 1 to 5 (depending on box size ordered)
• Suitable for freezing
