All the country flag patches offered in Globenir are sized 6.3 x 3.6 cm. They can be either ironed on or embroidered, according to your liking.

Steps for attachment:
  1.  Turn on your ironing machine to its highest heat setting to make sure the patch adheres properly to your fabric.

  2. Place your patch on the marked spot on your fabric, place a thin cloth on top of your patch, and iron for 30 seconds.

  3. Let it cool down for 30 seconds.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 if the patch did not stick.

About the Flag

"According to The Legal Provisions of the National Flag of the Kingdom of Palden Drukpa as Endorsed in Resolution 28 of the 36th Session of the National Assembly held on 8 June 1972, and as restated in the Constitution of 2008, the yellow signifies civil tradition and temporal authority as embodied in the Druk Gyalpo, the Dragon King of Bhutan, whose royal garb traditionally includes a yellow kabney (scarf). The orange half signifies Buddhist spiritual tradition, particularly the Drukpa Kagyu and Nyingma schools. The dragon spreads equally over the line between the colors. Its placement in the center of the flag over the dividing line between the flag's two colors signifies the equal importance of both civic and monastic traditions in the Kingdom of Druk (Bhutan) and evokes the strength of the sacred bond between sovereign and people. The dragon's white color signifies the purity of inner thoughts and deeds that unite all the ethnically and linguistically diverse peoples of Bhutan. The jewels held in Druk's claws represent Bhutan's wealth and the security and protection of its people, while the dragon's snarling mouth symbolizes Bhutanese deities' commitment to the defense of Bhutan." When my wife and I bought our latest home, I got bitten by the battery-powered lawn equipment bug. Because our lawn is a lot smaller and flatter than our last home, I refrained from having landscapers regularly maintain this new lawn. Because of the small battery sizes, the edger is perfectly balanced and not one bit unwieldy. I am able to quickly clear all of our sidewalk, lanai, and driveway surface edges within minutes. Up to this point, I had never used an edger before. It literally took less than 30 seconds to get it buzzing correctly along the surface edges of our property. If not trying to do a large commercial area, this edger will probably work for most residential applications. Quickly and easily.

It's a beast and you can add attachments to, like a brush cutter head.

This thing is a beast of a battery powered machine. I wouldn't put it completely up against my gas. It is much better than the Greenworks 24V 13-Inch Brushless String Trimmer (Gen 2), 4.0Ah USB Battery and Charger Included that I had purchased this time last year. I have several gas so I only really needed a light duty one to do the fence line and around the house. The main issue with the 13 inch was that the auto feed bump mechanism was worthless. It also uses very thin lines so very quickly you go from 13 inches to 6 to 8. and the bump feed does not work even with greenworks replacement spools. You get twice the batteries and a dual rapid charger for $50 more. You couldn't even buy the battery for that much. onto this thing. Love the dual string heavy-duty string mechanism. Love the fact that you can remove the trimmer head and add an attachment. I have attachments from my gas Trimmers and they work perfectly. My brush head attachment utterly devastated thick bramble from an overgrown lot. The best part is it took me two hours to get my stored gas trimmers to run properly which I don't have to do with a battery operated device. No gas flying that deteriorated or primer bubbles that have burst followed spark plugs Stale gas . Just throw the batteries on and you're off. Nothing long-term to report, only had it a week. Used it enough to run down completely six sets of batteries.

Works well, but battery life is lacking

This is a decent trimmer and gets the job done almost as well as a gas model. It has decent power (could use a little more) and is plenty light. However, the battery life stinks. One of the two batteries has already decided not to charge. It plugs in, but the charger does not blink or charge it. The terminals are clean. Of course, this happened just outside the return/support window, meaning I now have to buy a new battery just to use the trimmer. That's about half the price of the trimmer; if the other one dies, too, I may as well buy a brand new gas trimmer for the price and have the thing last for a decade or two like my last one, instead of a couple years like this one.
