This trail-friendly tune is designed to deliver peak performance on pump gas, while keeping your engine safe and reliable. With a simple plug-and-play installation, you'll enjoy an 8-10 crankshaft HP gain over stock, making it the perfect upgrade for any Xpedition enthusiast.
Features
• 100% throttle in high range, increase throttle output and in low and reverse
• All Torque Limiters Disabled
• Professionally developed timing maps for peak performance on pump gas
• Professionally developed fuel maps
• Start the engine in gear (stock, you have to put it in park to start the engine)
• Fan settings 20 degrees lower to keep engine running cool and lasting longer
• Seat-belt limiter disabled
• RPM limiter raised to a safe 9000 RPM
• Speed limiters eliminated
• Engine protections left in place
• Nuisance misfire codes eliminated
• Turf mode function maintained
• Performance mode switch functions as it should. Sport mode=max performance, Standard=mild performance, Comfort mode=very mellow reduced power for crawling or utility use.
Fitment & Compatibility
The XPEDITION ECU tune and clutch kit package is specifically designed for the Xpedition models. Our ECU tune is a pump gas friendly trail version tune, and 100+ octane Race fuel type tunes are available upon special request. Please note that the Xpedition models have a security locked type ECU which cannot be tuned using the ez lynk device, Dynojet device, or Gilomen I flash device at this time.
Important Fitment Notes
• If you are sending in your ECU for tuning, please ship it to us at Gilomen Innovations LLC (address below) after placing an order for tuning, so we can match your ECU with your order.
• Please note that custom tuning generally takes an extra day or two.
Pro Tip: Be sure to follow the installation and adjustment instructions provided with the clutch kit to ensure proper installation and optimal performance.
