This Set is the best option for those who want maximum portability + great lifting power.
The Phoenix DS sports a lower 8.5 inch retracted heightallowing it to be utilized in more varied situations. The lower starting height makes the DS easier to slide under a vehicle with a flat tire. It also increases the amount of lift points on the vehicle, especially in uneven terrain. Most commonly a flat tire won’t happen on perfectly flat and level ground, and most jacks can’t accommodate this situation, but the DS was made for the rugged, uneven terrain.
This is the same jack as the Phoenix DS. The Power Shot is what increases the lifting capacity. Capacity will vary depending on PSI. The Power Shot bottle will range from 500 - 800 PSI when full depending on where and who fills it. At 500 PSI lift capacity will be about 3000 LBS. As the bottle is used and CO2 is depleted the capacity will also decrease. At Max PSI you should see 7-10 full capacity lifts. Refills range between $5 - $10 at Paintball stores.
