Divided into three sections, Light Up turns the spotlight on the body highlighting how we can regulate our nervous system and activate our ‘inner pharmacy’ to naturally generate ‘happy hormones’.

Focus then turns to the mind and how you can build capacity to experience greater levels of peace, joy and confidence.

Finally, in the soul section, Miriam encourages us to reawaken our spirituality, align to our purpose, and gain a great perspective on life, granting us the permission to surrender, let go and be.  Through daily practices that align with your heart, Light Up offers much needed space and clarity for you to illuminate your inner light and live a life of greater ease and grace.
