This title can be considered a sequel to The Complete Christmas Collection – New Masters Edition (2CD), which focused mainly on the Beatles’ 1960s Christmas albums. This new release instead centers on Christmas-related recordings from the post-Beatles solo years, compiling rare demos, alternate mixes, and other hard-to-find material into a best-of Christmas selection for John, Paul, George, and Ringo.

The album opens with a newly edited full-length remix of the Beatles’ only original Christmas song, “Christmas Time Is Here Again,” originally recorded in 1967. Unlike the official version, which transitions into spoken messages in its latter half, this remix presents a music-only version with a newly reconstructed structure.

Next is the “Christmas Medley (Super Mash-Up),” a daring remix that combines various 1960s fan club Christmas messages with fragments of multiple songs. Using a technique similar to that employed on the album LOVE, this nine-minute-plus Christmas medley is created exclusively from original source recordings, not AI-generated material, resulting in a highly creative and impressive remix.

The album then moves into individual solo sections:

• John Lennon: Four versions of “Happy Xmas (War Is Over),” including alternate versions and demos

• George Harrison: The demo and single version of “Ding Dong,” “The Pirate Song” from a 1976 BBC Christmas broadcast, and a Traveling Wilburys-era Christmas message

• Ringo Starr: Four tracks taken from his 1999 Christmas album

• Paul McCartney: Seven versions of the perennial classic “Wonderful Christmastime,” including appearances from Saturday Night Live and Wings-era live performances

The collection concludes with a bonus track, featuring “All Together Now” by the Beatles mixed with Christmas messages.

A newly edited 2025 collection focusing on the Beatles’ Christmas legacy, with an emphasis on the solo years, this release offers a fresh and comprehensive look at the band’s festive recordings.
