OUR LEATHER
We only use the best leather.
We start with whole sheets of leather. Our patches are engraved and cut to size at the same time. Due to the nature of natural leather, even if we cut out of a single piece of leather, there will be variations in the texture and possibly thickness. We think this is part of the charm.
ORDERING
To make your item truly unique, include all applicable options: font, icons, text, order notes.
We will choose a font if you do not specify. We will only contact you if we cannot make the design work or fit. If you want a proof make a note of it and we will send you one on request. Proofs can only be made after purchase.
Please see the example images for an idea of what text will fit and look nice. It varies depending on font and layout. We will adjust the size of the text to fit.
HAT CARE
Leather Patches should not be cleaned unless necessary. Use a soft brush or sponge and little pressure. Hat inside and sweatband can be cleaned with mild detergent. Do not machine wash.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
