The net is constructed from a tubular steel frame with bow net-style netting that can be setup in under 60 seconds. It's extended legs and ground spikes ensure it will never tip over. **Spikes not included** This is great for the field, backyard, even indoors in a gym. When used in a gym, additional weight may be required to stabilize the net.
