Integrated MV Twin-Shaft Agitator
- Two-speed gear motor (Low 23 RPM / High 46 RPM main agitator).
- 304 SS anchor-type main agitator hugs the kettle wall; removable nylon blades continuously scrape for zero “hot spots.”
- Counter-rotating secondary beater (Low 60 RPM / High 120 RPM) uniformly blends particulates and high-viscosity foods.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock—mixer stops whenever the bridge rises for operator safety.
- Quick-release bayonet mounts let you lift out both agitators without tools for rapid cleaning or kettle-only use.
