KPM Fuel Systemsare at the forefront of fuel module innovation with their line of next level high performance fuel pumps to suit big horsepower builds.
KPM Fuel Systems
are proud to release the highest level of direct fit fuel systems for the VE-VF Commodore and HSV range of vehicles including Ute, and Statesman/Grange.
With the modern Commodores being tuned to amazing power levels comes the need for a high-performance fuel system.
KPM has met this need with a direct replacement high performance fuel system that will perfectly support power levels from standard all the way to 2200 hp.
No other Commodore fuel system supports as much power with the efficiency, functionality, and fuel delivery of the KPM 2200 hp fuel system.
How it works
The
KPM 2200 hp Fuel Module
System is engineered, utilising 3 x high performance fuel pumps, all housed in two separate OEM style high flow fuel modules and distribution manifolds.
The primary module is the KPM1500 (2 pumps) and the second module being the KPM700 (1 pump). Both
KPM
fuel modules are mounted and immersed in the vehicle's fuel tank as per OEM design and for ease of fitment.
The development and testing of the
KPM
modules was focused on supplying guaranteed delivery of cool, dense fuel to support 2200 hp at the engine on pump fuel.
Our objective was a reliable solid fuel delivery, to a 2200 hp engine in the extremes of racing as well as everyday road driving.
To achieve our objectives, our
KPM Fuel Systems
engineer designed and incorporated a
six
Venturi
Pump and Refill Valve System
designed to scavenge fuel from both sides of the Commodore fuel tank and permanently keep both the fuel canisters full. We also incorporated a PWM system to control the fuel pump operation and deliver fuel precisely as needed.
This means you have the best of both worlds and can run the
KPM
fuel modules at any fuel levels safely under normal road conditions, without the risk of surge or fuel starvation.
When you go racing (circuit or drags) and under full load applications, fuel levels are simply required to be run at recommended levels* to avoid risk of surge or fuel starvation.
The fuel pumps are both 100% petrol, ethanol and methanol compatible and able to deliver massive amounts of cool, dense fuel at standard vehicle voltages.
This equates to optimum tuning and power levels up to 2200 hp
(flywheel rated on 98 octane fuel)
.
*Minimum 40 litres of fuel for full load applications
Features Of The KPM 2,200hp Fuel System
KPM Fuel Systems
have designed a PWM Fuel Module Controller that can electronically run the primary KPM1500 Fuel Module and the secondary KPM700 Fuel Module in any combination.
Its main purpose is to control the supply of fuel flow in accordance with the engine power and fuel demand. It does this by electronically controlling the amount of current supplied to the fuel pumps.
The
KPM PWM Fuel Module Controller
is supplied pre-programmed to run only one or both modules together depending on power/fuel demand.
Both primary and secondary modules will always only run at a desired current that is determined by the power/fuel demand. This ensures cooler fuel and accurate supply.
Less fuel pump current =
less heat
=
cooler fuel
=
more power
Supplying fuel to support 2200 hp and beyond requires three high-flow fuel pumps, housed in two in-tank fuel modules. The drawback to this scenario is that two or more fuel pumps can generate quite a lot of fuel pump current meaning increased heat.
This transfer of heat needs to go somewhere and therefore, heats the fuel in the tank. This is generally not a concern however, if the vehicle is idling or being driven for long periods with a low level of fuel in the tank, the fuel may start to reach a point of losing its full energy potential or start vaporising in the pumps or fuel lines. This can cause long cranking times and hard re-starts. In the worst cases, the fuel pumps will start to cavitate, lose pressure and not supply fuel as intended.
The KPM PWM controller is pre-programmed to monitor your vehicle fuel pressure across all engine loads which, in turn, allows the controller to calculate the required level of electrical current to your fuel pumps. This, in turn, delivers the correct amount of fuel to your engine as required across all conditions. -
Cooler fuel means increased performance
Vehicles
with
a Factory Fuel System Control Module (
FSCM)
VE/VF Commodore & Gen F HSV incl Ute, WM/WN statesman/Grange (2010-2017)
The KPM PWM Fuel Module Controller comes complete with wiring to be connected to the vehicle's factory FSCM to read the OE signals. The KPM PWM Fuel Module Controller uses the OE signals from the FSCM to calculate the correct current required to run the pumps accordingly. The KPM PWM can also be programmed utilising the OE fuel system programming tables.
Vehicles
without
a Factory Fuel System Control Module (FSCM)
VE Commodore incl Ute, WM Statesman/Grange (2006-2009)
The
KPM
PWM Fuel Module Controller comes as a stand-alone pre-programmed controller for vehicles not fitted with a factory FSCM. The
KPM
PWM Fuel Module Controller is supplied with a fuel pressure sensor kit and wiring that directly fits your vehicle's fuel system. The fuel pressure is then used to calculate the correct current required to run the pumps accordingly.
To support up to 2200 horsepower at the engine, the fuel supply requirement is massive as your standard fuel lines will not handle it!
KPM
have engineered a direct replacement, direct fit stainless steel fuel line upgrade kit. No messing around with time consuming cumbersome fittings, cutting etc. Simply remove your standard metal fuel lines and fit our pre-shaped direct fit stainless steel ½' lines. We supply every section required from your fuel module all the way to the engine. All the sections have been manufactured with EFI fittings and connectors to make for a sleek ‘click' together style of OE fitment.
Included in the
KPM Fuel Line Upgrade Kit
, is our
KPM 2200 hp Fuel Filter
. The fuel filter fits directly to the upgraded fuel lines, again making for a direct easy fit. The KPM 2200 Fuel Filter housing is made of anodised aluminium and houses a 40-micron stainless steel, cleanable lifetime fuel filter element. This makes the fuel filter fully serviceable without the need to ever replace it.
Stainless steel fuel lines, anodised aluminium filter housing and stainless steel fuel filter elements all guarantee a fuel system 100% compatible to all fuels including methanols, ethanols, race fuels and petrol.
The
KPM Fuel line and Fuel Filter Upgrade Kit
is essential to for maximum fuel supply without restriction of clean fresh fuel to run your engine at maximum performance.
The
KPM 2200 hp Fuel and PWM System
is a complete solution fuel system with the Fuel modules fitted in the OE location, the PWM easily mounted as per the instructions provided and the Fuel Line and Fuel Filter Upgrade a direct replacement to the factory lines.
The only extra requirement is to route the high amperage wiring and connector kit, that comes supplied with easy fit OEM style plug and play connectors.*
The KPM 2200 hp fuel system is now ready for your tuning professional to calibrate your fuel system and tune your vehicle as normal with any well-known tuning software.
*Earlier model 2006-2009 Commodores also require the extra easy fit Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit to be fitted.

Great sports watch.
Color: Black/Yellow
I have to admit to being a bit of a watch fiend, having one for almost everything I do, but this is one of the most useful, yet cheaper priced items I've come to enjoy. When I work out I like as much information as I can get, so for running and biking I have a watch for that, but for swimming I needed a watch to help me count my laps and log my times. The Timex Ironman 100-lap watch does this quite well. I first got a Timex 50-Lap watch that I was able to find locally, but 50 laps is very limiting so when I found this watch for less money and a bigger face that had the lap/split time and lap number on the screen at all times I knew I had a great product. When you're finished with your laps just save your workout. The watch will then calculate some information like average lap time and best lap. I haven't completely messed with their data, but I think they average your times by throwing out the lap times that are the outliers, which is good for the accidental laps where you hit the wrong button, but it's not as great when you did a few sprint laps and they don't show up as your best time. If your best time isn't on there you can still recall it by going through each lap individually, but I think my sprint laps sometimes aren't listed as my best laps. I haven't messed with this feature much because it isn't important to me, and removing the outliers is good for looking at your actual pace. I have been able to push myself a bit more in the pool by having actual numbers to compare, which is very helpful. The other features on this watch I haven't used much, but for someone who can't afford a GPS watch and can use maps or a track this watch would be great for running or anything with laps or intervals.
It has up to 9 interval timers and once finished it can either stop or repeat the sequence. It can do what's called chrono at the end, where it just switches to the chronograph feature after your timer or interval timers are finished. Overall this is a great watch and for most people who enjoy doing anything with laps look no further.

Well thought-out features. Hopeful that the seals hold on this newer variant of the Classic 100.
Color: Black/Green
6 years ago, I tried my first variant of the Classic 100. The features were mostly, as expected, but the unit failed a short while into usage. This was disappointing, because the classic 50 had been a reliable goto until my last classic 50 started to fail this month.
The current classic 100 variant arrived in a damaged box, but the watch appeared to have no physical damage. All functions operated as expected, save for the audible alarms, and beeps. Amazon/Timex offered to discount or replace. As I need the audibles for specific workouts, and daily meds, I opted for the replacement.
I'm a day into the replacement and am very satisfied with the purchase. So far, it exceeds the classic 50 in many functions, but I am still partial to the button feel of the older unit. I've made it through a swim workout with no adverse performance. I'm hopeful that the current variant proves to have more reliable seals than the earlier model that I tried. If so, this is a worthy upgrade to the classic 50.

(Details from 2020 purchase)
Over the last 15 years, I've purchased several ironman watches for a variety of workouts and incorporation into timed/scheduled home and work activities. Until this 100-lap model, all others worked great and continued to work well beyond the band failure (yeah, count on it) after 3 or 4 years.
For this model, the indiglo stopped working within 3 months and now, 11 months in, the watch has fully reset 3 times unprompted during the past 2 weeks. This is fairly aggravating since it made me late for an appt on one failure and on another wiped out a number of workouts that I was tracking for an upcoming tri. Visibly, the watch looks new, no marks, no apparent moisture, but it has now proven itself to be thoroughly unreliable. This is very sad, because I found multiple uses for each of the features included in this model, and I had even adjusted to operating the very stiff split and stop buttons during swim/bike/run sessions.
I gave this model 3 stars on water resistance, because I have no evidence either way as to whether this or the stiff buttons had anything to do with its failure.
I'm going back to the 50-lap version. If I see a hint of non-band related problems with that, I'll have to assume that Timex is no longer in the business of making ironman watches for athletes.

Ironman 100
Color: Black/Green
Great watch, as a trainer it has everything you need if you don’t want to be distracted with notifications. Best part is the interval timers & stop watch. It did come with the indiglo button rolling around in the box… I popped it back on and it seems secure now… we’ll see. I have 2 Ironman 30’s and they are awesome as well… just doesn’t have the interval timer like the 100 series.

great watch for distance running, or any time you need a timer, alarm, or just the time of day
Color: Black/Yellow
I bought my first one of these shortly before running my first marathon, so that I could keep good track of my pace. Now in addition to race days it is an essential training tool for me. I check where the mile points are before going for a long run and check on my pacing. It's also great for interval training. The display is easy to read and the various buttons and functions are easy to figure out and use.
I travel a lot internationally, and it has also become a great casual travel watch. The 2nd time zone setting is helpful, and especially being able to set a quick alarm has prevented me from accidentally missing a flight because I dozed off in the airport lounge.
This is my 2nd time buying the exact same model. The battery on the first one died after almost exactly two years. I knew I could send it back to Timex for a new battery for $10, but I had a half-marathon coming up in a few days and wouldn't get it back in time, so I went to a local watch/jewelry place instead. They replaced the battery for $5 and it worked fine, but I don't think they got the waterproof seal re-inserted correctly, because when I got caught in a downpour the watch stopped working*. With another race coming up I searched the available options for new watches, and this is still the best model for my needs.
One thing I will do differently is send the watch to Timex when the battery dies, as I expect they'll do a better job re-seating the waterproof seal. I got a prepaid mailer box from my local running store.
*I put the soaked watch in a ziplock bag with some white rice and a dessicant packet. After a couple days (changing to fresh rice once a day) the watch display re-appeared just like new. In fact, it was only the display that stopped working, because it was still showing the correct time and had my mile split times up to the point it got soaked. I still wouldn't trust it around water, and I was going to keep it as a backup "dry weather" watch, but then my teenage asked for it so I gave it to him.
