The boiling top is constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel, with square hot plates and rounded corners for improved cleaning.

The unit features a hermetically sealed, pressed work surface with raised edges to protect from overflow.

Control the temperature on the boiling tops via the 6-position selector, with indicator lights to monitor the correct operation of the appliance.

Choose from a 2, 4 or 6 zone boiling top appliance to suit your kitchen requirements.

The book provides a complete, high-level overview of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). As the title suggests, it covers both Portfolio Management and Project Management. The book is a great reference for PPM concepts. The book has been written in an easy-to-read style and it provides pragmatic ideas on how to best help an organization manage their portfolio, using concepts such as: Anchoring, superior estimation, batch vs. ad hoc prioritization, one portfolio or many, private collection of information, winner's curse, innovation vs. improvement projects, accounting vs. project management, etc. In short, the book is a recommender for all PPM practitioners!
