| [약리작용] | 위의 벽세포에 있는 H2 수용체에서 histamine을 가역적이고 경쟁적으로 억제해서 위산분비를 억제한다. |
| [용법 ∙ 용량] | 1. 위.십이지장궤양, 문합부궤양, 상부소화관출혈(소화성궤양, 급성스트레스궤양, 출혈성궤양에 의한), 역류성식도염, 졸링거-엘리슨증후군 : 성인 파모티딘으로서 1회 20mg 1일 2회(아침식사후, 저녁식사후 또는 취침시) 경구투여하거나 또는 1회 40mg 1일 1회(취침시) 경구투여한다. 상부소화관 출혈의 경우에는 보통 주사제로 치료를 개시하고, 경구투여가 가능하게 된 후에는 경구투여로 바꾼다. 2. 다음 질환의 위점막 병변(미란, 출혈, 발적, 부종)의 개선 : 급성위염, 만성 위염의 급성악화기 성인 : 파모티딘으로서 1회 10mg 1일 2회(아침식사후, 저녁식사후 또는 취침시) 경구투여하거나 또는 1회 20mg 1일 1회(취침시) 경구투여한다. 연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다. |

Love it, nice for tough chewers, split in half during play

LOVE THIS PRODUCT, would’ve gotten 5 stars but i threw it for my dog and it split in half on contact with the floor. It had lasted us well over 5 months, it’s not his favorite toy but he’ll pick it sometimes, i wouldn’t say it’s unsafe in half just don’t give the smaller parts!

good toy

This dog toy is incredibly sturdy and holds up well to heavy chewing and rough play. My dog absolutely loves it and can play with it for hours without causing much wear to the toy itself. The only downside is that it’s pretty hard and heavy, so when it gets tossed around indoors, it can easily bang into walls and furniture and leave marks or dents. Great durable toy overall, but probably better suited for outdoor play or open spaces.
