LP version. I may have no possessions, but here lies everything one needs. This is Alexandre Francisco Diaphra's motto as governor of his own life. A multifaceted artist from Guinea-Bissau, based in Lisbon; rapper, poet, edutainer, and beatmaker, creating music based on improvisation in which he blends his psychedelic, black music; afro-ancestral influences; and love for non-quantized beats with experimental jazz and contemporary and urban styles. In 2014, Diaphra won third place at the 1st International Poetry Slam in Rio de Janeiro. In 2012, Diaphra toured Europe as an MC and performer for Angolan/Portuguese project Batida, in support of Batida's eponymous debut album (could be the record that changes the African Electronic Music on XXI century -Songlines; NPR called their live show one of the best 10 acts from WOMEX. Diaphra's Blackbook of the Beats follows the idea of building instrumental bases on the outside environment, wherever Diaphra feels inspired. The result of a backpack, some vinyl records, a portable turntable, and a sampler for self-deconstruction/recreation, this (mainly) instrumental album delivers non-quantized beats over which enlightening poetry is spoken, rapped, and chanted in Portuguese, and compositions created through trial and error and enhanced by instruments played by invited musicians and Diaphra himself. For fans of Stones Throw Records, analog experimental sample-based music, psychedelic rock, afro ancestral.

My dog LOVES these !!!! And he’s very picky !

Omg !! My dog is the Pickiest dog on planet EARTH ! He hates every snack treat I have bought for him and I wind up giving all the treats and vitamin supplements to the neighbor down the street who has a dog !!! But he absolutely LOVES these like CRAZY !! And I try to limit him to only a few per day ! But he gives me those puppy eyes, and stands up on his hind legs begging me for 1 more and I always wind up giving in to him !! Boy! He can’t live without these , and I make sure that I never run OUT !!! It’s plain chicken which he’s crazy about , he doesn’t like beef treats at all , so these are excellent for the price point and must be very tasty because he loves them totally !!! It’s a nice long cut stem of chicken , but he devours it quickly , and it comes with a stay fresh packet inside the bag ! But these never last because he eats them up quickly ! The price is very good for the quantity that you get inside the bag ! My dog just loves these !!

Healthy treats

This Chicken Jerky is amazing. You can literally break up the chicken with your hands. I am cautious about what I give my dog but it is the real deal. My Chihuahua LOVES it and he is super picky. Even the price is reasonable and it is a healthy treat.

My dog won't touch anything else

Suffice it to say I have full bags of other chicken jerky treats. They're open. They're also full. She won't touch anything else. She loves Pawmate and Pawmate only.

Origin of product
Flavor Name: Chicken
I ordered these for my 12year old pup a few months ago and continued ordering bc he loves them. I may have reviewed these treats in the past…I cut them into small pieces to last a little longer as they are expensive. They always smell like as I think they should. However, I finally took some time to read the ingredients and saw that these are radiation treated, which supposedly is safe, but questionable if it’s from China. Now I’m hesitant to order them again. I admit he seems fine after eating them but I’m afraid what could happen in the long run. Just my thoughts.
