In "Beyond Suffering Ð Nirvikalpa Sahaja," we can find, treated in a direct and detailed way, a multitude of aspects of great interest, both for the seeker of truth and for any human being. Based on the authorÕs own experiences, both in the practise of meditation and in the events of daily life, we can gain a deep understanding of the workings of the human mind, as well as of the ego and the conditioning that often lead us to states of imbalance, fear, anxiety, anger and sadness; to suffering, after all. At the same time, we will be able to see first-hand how the author found the solution to these conflicts, thus becoming an invaluable aid in raising his consciousness above his own shortcomings. Throughout the book a wide range of topics are covered, from the connection with the Master principle, conflicts in relationships, feelings of inferiority and guilt, forgiveness, surrendering the ego, criticism and the illumination of the different chakras and nadis, to the transmutation of grief at the loss of a loved one. Through all these experiences, we can see how a simple, normal human being gradually expands his consciousness until he experiences his true essence and identifies with it.

Great book
Format: Paperback
This is very similar to Panel Two, which I bought because of certain comic book writers that I enjoyed. Panel One is basically the same, which provide examples and even so "how to's" and "why's that" type of information.

I love this book. If you are interested in how comics are made do yourself a favor. Also pick up the WIll Eisner textbook trilogy.

Seeing the Creative Process for Graphic Novels
Format: Paperback
This is a fascinating look at the early creative processes writers do when they make scripts for graphic novels. The only down side to this book is it doesn't show any comparison between the scripts and the final product. I suppose that's part of the fun of this book is that you have to imagine the graphics just like the original artists did.
