How to Use:
- Take some oil, apply it all over the body, and massage gently (You may warm the oil before use for increased relaxation).
- Use downwards strokes on limbs, and clockwise strokes on the abdomen, and follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back.
- Ensure that the oil gets absorbed completely.
