During his lifetime Anton Urspruch was an internationally highly regarded German representative of late romanticism. After his early death, however, he unfortunately was quickly forgotten. Apart from choral orchestral compositions and two pieces for violin and orchestra, Urspruch wrote only one symphony and one piano concerto, both of which, however, met with great recognition. The Piano Concerto op. 9, composed shortly prior to the symphony and in the same key of E flat major, has astonishingly little to do with Liszt and much to do with Brahms. Although the piano part is properly virtuosic and demands eminent talent on a thoroughly Lisztian level, the ambitiously designed work is actually more a symphony for piano and orchestra. The instrumentation of his symphony is in principle of classical character and often pleasurably sonorous and also shares a certain predilection for the oboe with it's model, and he too combines Beethovian texture and it's frequent shifts of tempo with romantic emotion. The themes are oscillating and reflective, exhibit staying power, and intensify to dramatic upswings. A marvelous rediscovery!

Stays put and does the job
Style: Contempo
I hate clutter. That includes my sink area. This holds my oxo scrubber and a sponge with ease. It also lets everything drain nice so there is no issue with slime or smell that other caddies have. Looks nice and amazingly the suction cups work. So far the finish is holding up and for what it is, it does its job. Looks nice.

Oh how I love this little Gem

I needed this badly as I often got irritated with the kids for putting the sponge back in the soap/scrubber dish and it was always full of water. I looked at options on the side of a sink but none were quite right for our set up...Then I saw this. What I love is it is not one more thing on the counter. It is below down in the sink. And yet, it is handy. Into it I have the essentials I use so many times a day right there handy and they drain on their own. This adhered well because I used rubbing alcohol to clean the area, then waited several hours before adhering set up to sink about 10 pm at night. Letting it set over night and in the morning I remembered the tip another reviewer wrote to push the tray down STRONG until it CLICKS into the holders. Then it was completely sturdy and firm and I've used it long enough to know I'm very happy for this small perfectly practical way to hold my sink tools. So glad I chose this much less expensive simple one.

Works well

The stainless steel caddy quality is fine, the sticker was easy to install on the inside of my stainless steel sink. I initially used the small movable arm to hang on the hooks, and it did not keep the caddy in place. Anytime it was hit, it fell off or tilted off the hooks. Customer service followed up with me on my purchase, gave me the correct instructions with a picture, and I was able to snap the caddy into the hooks. They were responsive, listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and now it works great. I would recommend this.
