Over the next forty five years Allen would go on to become a successful and sometimes not so successful business development executive, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur. Along the way he would end up founding four tech companies, and at one point serve as President of a five hundred million dollar subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company.
This book contains true stories and real life lessons about what it takes to create and to lead a new business launch or existing business diversification or expansion effort. These stories will also take you on a chronological tour of a number of formerly big technology companies and show you the reasons why many of them are no longer in business.
