This New Earth Army Field Manual contains the original "Evolutionary Tactics" First Earth Battalion Field Manual, portrayed in the Hollywood motion picture "The Men Who Stare at Goats". Jeff Bridges plays the illustrious Lt. Colonel Bill Django (Jim Channon) that first wrote the Manual for the US Army, War College, Defense Department, and Pentagon in 1978. There were very few among the military top-brass at the time who felt these radical ideas had any place on the battle-field. Now is there time.
