The Culinaire® Two Tier Over Shelves can be fitted over Bain Maries, Refrigerated wells and Ambient bench tops in back-of-house situations.
Heated shelves are ideal to be used in meal pick-up areas.
The Over Shelves are designed to span 1/1 Gastronorm pans.
Specify upon ordering for two tiered heating or heating to only top or bottom shelf.
Note: To fit Culinaire® Two Tier Over Shelves to the Culinaire® Bain Marie CH.BM series, or Bain Marie Hot Cupboard CH.BMH series, you will also need a suitable work-top. Standard work-tops, are available, refer CH.TBM.xd and CH.CTBMH.
(Sold separately) Alternately, a custom top can to be provided to suit your needs.
