LP version. Hell guys! Mondo Generator are back! Eight years since the last record, this is a dream for all the fans of the band. A mixture of speed rock, American punk and hardcore, with the typical Nick Oliveri style. You can hear the old school roots of Black Flag and Dead Kennedys with a pinch of heavy rock and sometimes shades of stoner. You can feel the dust and the sand of the Californian desert mixed with the rotten smell of a dirty basement used as venue! The songwriting is never ordinary and keeps the listener alive for the duration of the entire album. The vocal melodies are always interesting and give the music it's trademark sound. You can definitely hear the punk attitude of Queens of the Stone Age band with whom Nick played for long time. The album is recorded at Pink Duck studio owned by Josh Homme and engineered and mixed by Ian Watt. Cover art by Branca Studio.

my new favorite book

Ok so I never write reviews but this book was so good I felt the need to write this. Firstly your introduced to Huntyr you see her closed off hard core badass than towards the end you see the most subtle change and growth it’s amazing and the enemies to friends to lovers was just perfect, AND THE TWIST AT THE END GOT ME GOOD! You see one spicy scene the whole book but it doesn’t even MATTER BECAUSE THE BOOK WAS THAT GOOD. I’ve read 85 books in 2023-2024 so far and I’m pround to say this is my all time favorite. I’m so excited to read more of Emily Blackwoods books, this was my first time reading one of hers and I’m glad I did because HOLY!! Well done Emily well done

Fast paced romantasy you will not want to put down!

4.25 stars! I LOVED this book with similar vibes to Hush Hush, Fourth Wing, and The Serpent and the Wings of Night! It was fast paced with easy world building and will keep you turning the pages late into the night because you will not want to put it down!
Huntyr is a fierce bad@ss FMC trained to kill vampyres her entire life. She is sent on a mission to go to the academy and earn her spot into The Golden City. Upon arrival, she is forced to room with the delicious fallen angel, Wolf, who is the only one who knows about her assassin identity. The romance, the plot twists, the secrets revealed, the battles, and the tantalizing training scenes had me hooked! And that ending…. I’m holding my breath in need to know hell!

Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!

The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

Surviving flames and igniting their own!

Wowsa! Need a minute to calm the racing heart. Loved Luke , Beckett and Hunter....loved little Charlie.....and loved Ali! Just a whole lot of sizzling rolled into an amazing story. Good grief. Gonna go read the bonus scene now!

Fast paced spicy read.

Luke owns a winery. His best friends Beckett and Hudson are helping him with the business, but he still needs help with his 4 year old son, Charlie. Ali is supposed to be applying to art school, but she is blocked. She hasn’t been able to find her creativity, so she interviews for a nanny position. Instantly, she finds herself attracted to Luke and Beckett, and falls in love with Charlie. Even after a disastrous interview, the guys find something intriguing about her and offer her the position. She has no choice to take the position because a wildfire quickly cuts off her route. Ali falls into a comfortable pattern with the guys. Taking care of Charlie, helping save the winery and growing closer to the guys. It doesn’t take long before she finds herself wrapped up with all the guys any chance they get. And surprisingly, she finds herself painting once again. Along the way, the guys help her realize that she truly belongs with them. The sexy times were hot with a few sexy surprises. The story was well written. It was a quick, spiced read.
