The ASAP filters merge exceptional performance and user-friendly features with an intelligent design that minimizes maintenance time. The ASAP internal filter is equipped with a modern, energy-efficient motor housed in an elegant casing, along with a spacious transparent filter bowl filled with carefully selected filtration sponge. This sponge quickly becomes home to beneficial bacteria, allowing the water that flows through the filter to undergo both biological and mechanical filtration. As a result, the water remains clear and safe for your aquarium's inhabitants. Maintenance for this filter involves two primary procedures. One requires you to detach the filter bowl and replace it with a new one (we provide standard cartridges as well as options containing activated carbon or phosphate absorbent to inhibit algae growth). The other involves rinsing the filtration sponge using water taken from the tank. This task can be completed without needing to remove the entire filter from the aquarium, which is highly convenient and significantly decreases maintenance time. The new ASAP internal filters are also perfectly suited for aquaterrariums since they can operate in water as shallow as 5 centimeters. Moreover, they efficiently oxygenate the tank water by creating a strong surface movement. Three filter models are available with capacities of 300, 500, and 700 l/h, making them suitable for aquarium tanks ranging from several dozen to 250 liters.
