Chân gà được lựa chọn kỹ càng và đạt chất lượng, sau khi làm sạch thì được tẩm ướp gia vị theo công thức sốt cay kiểu Hàn mang đến hương vị chuẩn bản xứ hội đủ vị mặn, ngọt, cay thơm rất hấp dẫn.
