"This is Grey Hairs second album, perfectly placed to document the times. 2015's Colossal Downer (WAAT 058LP), with it's grim faced party child on the cover, was the band on early good form, now they're warmed the fuck up and are playing tense. The playing is tightly wound around the vocals, which are set to attack - attacking themselves, attacking the generation. This is a band of lifers, with history going back including Peel Sessions and touring the world. But as with all lifers, it's in the blood. They come from the same DIY blood stream as set up by Black Flag or UK punks like Heresy or The Stupids. Check the video for the Grey Hairs tune 'Serious Business'. The Dude done Notts style. Paranoid and shambling, Benny Hill-esque speed walking around Ripley and Nottingham. It's 100% definitely punk rock, but it's way more than that. You want a soundbite, go hunt your own. But I'm saying Takeshi Terauchi vs The Wipers done Notts style, this time it's war. Paranoid Time (1980), The Minutemen done by The Fall and The B-52's. High quality socks and very durable. Nice touch adding the grip on the back of the ankle so the sock stays up. Size is a true fit to the size of your foot as well.

Love these socks!

Comfortable, no show, and most importantly The Do No Slip!!!! I keep coming back to add to my supply because they have become the only sock I wear. I’ve been using them for a couple years now and they hold to great to washing, bleaching and the dryer. Highly recommended.

The only socks I will buy
Size: 6-10, Color: Halo Gray/Assorted
These are hands down my favorite socks to wear with tennis shoes. Bought my original 6 pack in the store, liked them so much I went buy more and they were gone. These don't slip on your heel like most socks do. Come up high enough on the top of your foot to protect from tongue rubbing (I giggled when I wrote that) and they come in fun colors. Love they are ultra no show and provide padding but people can't see them with shoes on. Five stars!

Amazing socks but false advertising. They changed them.

Okay well I have 4 stars because these are the best socks ever, infact, I threw out all my other socks and switched to just these. No show and they never slip. THE PROBLEM NOW, all the pairs I ordered before had a white symbol, and every time I buy more they have the grey and they are not as low show as my others… I wanted to simplify life and have all the same kind, no matching of colors or slightly different shape, but 4 times now I’ve ordered white symbol and gotten thicker longer ones with gray symbols. I’m considering switching all of my socks to the gray…. But the white symbol ones are way better, they don’t show with hey dudes on and gray symbol ones do now. I’m at a loss. Can someone tell me where to buy 100 pairs of white symbol so I never need to buy another sock again in my life?
