The Aerpro CAFT02 Infodapter Interface allows you to maintain the use of your factory steering wheel controls and retain access to the vehicle settings when upgrading to a compatible aftermarket AV headunit. The Infodapter Interface also enables parking sensor information to be displayed on the aftermarket headunit and includes a chime speaker that reproduces the parking sensor audio. The aftermarket AV headunit must be Steering Wheel Control (SWC) compatible and have a rear camera input to enable these features. Engineered to suit Fiat 500X (2014-on) models with a speech button on the steering wheel, the CAFT02 Infodapter Interface includes a harness that is fitted with a vehicle specific plug designed to connect directly into the existing wiring in the vehicle with ease, no cutting of the factory wiring harness in the vehicle is required. Installation of the aftermarket headunit is simplified even further when paired with the optional Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness & SWC Patch Lead, which connects between the aftermarket headunit and the Aerpro Infodapter Interface. This interface is CANBUS compatible and provides various outputs including Reverse Trigger, Park Brake, Speed Pulse and Illumination.
