Pro-GUARD 7 filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and gold air filter oil. aFe POWER performance air filters use a rounded, evenly spaced pleat design which allows for more usable filter surface area, providing increased flow and greater dust holding capacity. This pliable sealing surface conforms to even the most uneven filter housing, making for a perfect filter fit and sealing surface every time. This design eliminates the use of gaskets or sealants and always goes back to its original form. All aFe POWER flat panel performance air filters are constructed with a full 360-degree polyurethane frame. Unlike other materials that degrade after repeated heat cycles in an engine bay, polyurethane maintains its original molded shape. Just like our air filters, this 1/2” open cell polyurethane foam Pre-Filter is washable and reusable. Easily remove the ABS plastic retainer (patent pending) and foam Pre-Filter then just simply tap to remove excess debris between your usual cleanings. The foam Pre-Filter can also be washed with aFe POWER Cleaner when you service your air filter. Pre-Filters provide added peace of mind for those who operate their vehicle in dirty environments. Sturdy, Natural Option for Everyday Kitchen Prep

I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a clean, natural wood smell and feel pretty durable. On the first couple uses, they were slightly rough and the edges felt a bit sharp, but that improved noticeably after a few washes. Now they feel much smoother. The size variety is a big plus—I’ve been able to use them for multiple purposes like prepping vegetables, fruits, and even meats. Overall, a solid value for the price, especially if you’re trying to replace plastic items with something more natural.

Successfully bridging the gap between Bible Study Guide and Graduate level hermeneutics
Format: Hardcover
As the tag line of my review suggests, this book is more than just another Bible study guide, but not a Graduate level text on hermeneutics. That is the stated goal of the authors, and I do believe they achieved that goal very successfully. I am not a trained theologian. I am just a Christian layman who wants to understand how to properly interpret the Word of God, using a systematic approach that is consistent and faithful to the Reformed Protestant traditions. This book is helping me get there, as long as I am ready to put in the work that comes with the content. I'll let the authors themselves describe what they mean by that...
"Plunging into the Word of God is similar to sitting down at a meal. We expect to eat something nourishing, something substantial, and something appropriate to our maturity level. We want to dig into the real meat. But often we are able only to come up with baby food—soft mush for infants. This is not a reflection on the Word of God, which is loaded with meat, but rather a reflection on us and our inability to extract the meat and enjoy it. Indeed, some Christians have become so accustomed to baby food that they no longer desire the stronger food. What about you? Do you long to dig deeper into God’s Word? Do you long for a more substantial diet? Our goal in this book is to help you to 'eat well.' ... God wants to have deeper and more mature conversations with you, but if you are tied to superficial and surface readings of the Bible or if you always assume that you have already seen and understood all there is, then your relationship with God will tend to stay at the same level. ... If you want to hear and understand some of the deep and wonderful truths that God has placed in Scripture for you—if you desire to pull out of God’s Word some of the serious 'meat' he has placed there for us to sink our teeth into—you will have to exert considerable effort. It takes work—hard work! And you, the reader, have to decide whether you are content with shallow 'baby food' that comes from casual reading or you want to work for the 'mature food' that comes from serious reading."

Highly Recommended
Format: Hardcover
If you are interested in rightly interpreting the Bible I highly recommend this book! It is easy to read and understand. It has "assignments" for each chapter to practice what you've read. It takes you step-by-step on the methodology used by theologians to understand the meaning of scriptures in context, letting scripture interpret scripture. Excellent book!
