The Tory Leather Martingale Correction Collar is constructed with two loops: a main collar that goes around the dog's neck, and a second, smaller loop that sits just over the neck and connects the dee rings on the main collar. When the leash is attached to the dee ring on that second, smaller loop, pressure is applied to the dog's neck if it pulls against the leash; as soon as the dog stops pulling, pressure is released, teaching the dog to relax while on the leash and make your walks more enjoyable for both owner and dog.
