Just dip an eyeliner brush of your choice in the creme liner and put a small amount of the eyeliner creme on it and swirl off excess. Then draw on your eyeliner. I usually start from the outer corner going inward. My creme liner is my go-to eyeliner of choice for brides, too!
Tip ~ Close cap tightly after using. If the eyeliner dries out, just add a drop or two of Eyeliner Sealer to reactivate to its original creamy texture. ~ Jill
