Thanks to its anti-yellow agents, it offers perfect neutralization since the agents directly target the pigment responsible for the warm yellow undertones of the hair. BlondMe Developer's high concentration of mineral oil helps maintain the natural moisture balance of your clients' hair. Furthermore, the rich formula prevents dilution of color, alkalizes, and peroxides due to the reduced water level in the developer.
