Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Ultra-SoothingFoaming Gel 500ml is a foaming gel that gently cleanses, soothes discomfort sensations and calms itching of very dry, irritated and atopic skins.

Vitamin PP biologically rebuilds and strengthens the skin barrier. The soap-free super-fatting cleansing base and physiological pH respect the skin's balance.

The patented complex SKIN BARRIER THERAPY allows to limit the adhesion of certain bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) to the surface of the skin, which can be at the origin of the aggravation of skin dryness.
The skin is cleansed, soothed and protected from cutaneous dryness.

Very good tolerance. Non comedogenic.

I had used the original Xylimelts a few years back for my night time very dry mouth. They worked very well, completely dissolving overnight, but they caused sores inside my cheeks. Recently I discovered this new version which was purported to be made without the offending ingredients. They don't work quite as well, as they don't completely dissolve, but so far haven't caused any irritation. My mouth isn't completely parched as it was without any product, so it is definitely better than nothing. There is a gel-like residue in the morning that needs to be scraped off the teeth. I think Oracoat has some more R & D to do.
