Such washes will dry to a water-resistant film and successive layers of color can be laid over them in a highly predicable manner. FW Artists Inks work well with airbrushes, dip pens, technical pens, and brushes. The Daler Rowney FW Artists' Ink set contains the following neon colours Fluorescent Yellow, Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Red, Fluorescent Pink, Fluorescent Blue and Fluorescent Green.
