William Hackett’s L5 QP lever hoist incorporates the innovative quad pawl mechanical engagement functionality designed to enhance hoist capability with all 4 pawls engaging with the ratchet gear in an offset configuration, meaning that finer adjustment and tensioning are possible.

Manufactured in the UK, the L5 Quad Pawl Lever Hoist is available in a variety of working load limits from 800kg through to 15 tonnes, with lifting heights from 1.5-9m.

Fitted with a unique quad pawl functionality, it boasts an impressive operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. Proof tested to a minimum of 1.25 times the WLL (dependant on capacity) the L5 QP Lever Hoist is fitted with a DABS (Dual Anti-Lock Brake System) that allows the load chain to be adjusted in freewheel mode without locking the brake. In addition, the brake material is fused directly onto the rather gear, reducing the number of mating faces where there is potential of contamination that could affect brake performance.

Finished with traceability marks, all L5 QP lever hoists are compliant with a host of international standards including BS EN13157:2004 + AI:2009 and BS EN818-7 Grade T (8).
