Ingredients
The Indian frankincense tree, also known as Boswellia serrata, grows in mountainous regions of India. This tree has drooping branches and greenish-grey bark that produces a fragrant yellow resin.
EXTRACTION METHOD
Woolzies Frankincense Essential Oil is steam distilled from the resin of the tree.
How to Use:
Diffuse
Diffuse frankincense Oil by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
Skin + Body
Use frankincense oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.
Apply this oil to muscles and joints to relieve pain and inflammation.
To relieve menstrual discomfort, blend 3 drops frankincense oil and 2 drops sandalwood oil with a carrier oil and massage it over the abdomen.
Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath.

Use frankincense oil to make a household cleaner that will keep insects away.
Blend 10 drops frankincense oil, 10 drops lemon oil, and 8 drops tea tree oil in a
spray bottle with 1 cup of water and ½ cup of white vinegar. Use this to clean floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Pairs well with
Frankincense essential oil pairs well with all other essential oils, particularly lemon, sandalwood, lavender, cedarwood, and vetiver essential oils.
Make a night time sleep blend by combining 5 drops frankincense oil, 5 drops cedarwood oil, and 3 drops vetiver oil.
