Vernon Beauvoir Ward (1905–1985) was a 20th-century English painter and commercial artist noted for his works of flowers, birds and Edwardian subjects and who lived for most of his life in Hampstead in London.

He was born in Hampstead, the son of an art dealer, educated at St Joseph's Roman Catholic school in Highgate and trained at the Slade School of Art in London under Henry Tonks, Wilson Steer and Sir Walter Russell. He was the cousin of John Stanton Ward.

A member of the New Society of Artists, he was elected an associate of the Royal Society of British Artists in 1926 and exhibited at the Royal Society and the Royal Institute of Oil Painters. During the war he worked on ambulance maintenance with the Civil Defence Service in Richmond. His work found particular favour in the commercial sector with publishers such as Solomon and Whitehead, Frost and Reed and W.N Sharpe of Bradford and reproductions of his work were often found on jigsaw puzzles, greetings cards and commercial prints. He painted a symbolic figure composition for the Free French during World War II and the Borough of Twickenham commissioned him to design a naval war memorial. He occasionally produced original works under the pseudonym Bertram Linder.

Not strong enough for chewing
My 7 month old pup chewed the end off, where the treats go, within 30 minutes of having it. Shes a Staffordshire terrior, but shes only 30 pounds. She swallowed some of the plastic so be careful if you buy this.

Durable and loved by my dog.
Color: Red - Bacon
I recently bought this toy for my German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois mix, and I can't express enough how much she adores it. The durability of the material is impressive; it withstands her enthusiastic chewing without showing any signs of wear and tear. Its size is perfect for her to carry around with ease, and it keeps her thoroughly entertained for hours. I've noticed that there’s no color transfer or degradation from her vigorous play, which gives me peace of mind. I can let her enjoy it without constant supervision, as I trust that she won't be able to chew off any little pieces that could pose a choking hazard. All in all, it's an incredible value for the quality, and I’ll definitely be purchasing another one for her in the near future.

Color: Orange - Maple Wood
Nice durable chew toy. My English Bulldog loves chewing the ends as well as the middle and the design is easy for him to hold with his paws as he chews

Great product
Color: Multicolor, Color: Multicolor
I have three aggressive, chewing dogs that absolutely love these bones. I've had them for a couple of months and they have yet to break them or damage them. Lots of chewing left.
