Vinyl LP pressing. 2012 release from the Scottish band. First strike is vocalist Anna Sheard who, ironic for a band with such a pedigree, has no past history performing. Rather, she was heard singing in her kitchen by friends and word spread. Sheard's voice is penetrating and steely, and will stun anyone whose affinity for Jaqui McShee (Pentangle), Shirley Collins or Sandy Denny (Fairport Convention, the Strawbs) carries deep roots. Sheard was enlisted by guitarist Jim McCulloch, who then formed a group befitting her abilities. McCulloch, best known for his work with Soup Dragons and BMX Bandits, recruited bassist Dave McGowan, and soon enough, the band expanded to a true ensemble, with guitarist Raymond McGinley (of the great, great Teenage Fan club) and drummer Stuart Kidd (previously in Stevie Jackson's band) joining. Harmony Springs was recorded in Norfolk and Glasgow, and features additional contributions by Teenage Fan club's Norman Blake, noted violinist John McCusker, the Bluebells' Dave McCluskey and Giant Sand's Peter Domberknowsky.

Keeps My Dog Entertained for Hours!
This auto-rolling dog ball has been a total game changer for keeping my dog busy and active! The second I turned it on, my dog was instantly curious and started chasing it all over the house. It moves and rotates in a really fun, unpredictable way that keeps their attention much longer than regular toys.
I love that it helps with boredom relief, especially on days when we can’t get outside as much. It’s perfect for indoor play but also works great outside too. The material feels durable and holds up well against chewing, which is a must for my pup.
The USB rechargeable feature is super convenient—no constantly replacing batteries—and it holds a charge long enough for multiple play sessions. I also appreciate that it’s easy to clean and has some water resistance, so I don’t have to worry too much about slobber or a little outdoor use.

Great toy!
Pattern Name: Carrot
"Dog toys by Dole? The banana people??" Yep, me too. My dog loves this toy. The plastic piece is a great texture for chewing. The stuffy is small enough for most puppies and will grow to medium sized dogs. The green of the carrot crinkles and they both wash up good. The stuffy has been through the wash many times. Good quality, durable toys.

The plastic is easy to chew through

Taking off one star on what would otherwise be a five-star product because dogs can chew off small plastic pieces fairly easily. Other than that, my dogs went wild for this toy and loved playing with it and chewing on it for hours.
If your dog isn’t a heavy chewer, I’d definitely recommend it. Otherwise, close supervision is strongly advised.
That said, I really like the other materials used, the crinkly fabric carrot top is especially fun and engaging for dogs.
Overall, I think this would be an even better product if the material for the carrot base were made from a harder, more durable plastic.

So Fun!!!

The sounds from this toy is amazing!! Crinkle and Squeak is heaven around here for
the dogs! LOL!
When they pull they carrot out, put fun stuff in there!
Here are cheap treats that are larger. Go bigger with the treats!
