Bath time is a vulnerable, high-focus care moment. This session is designed to support you with education, coaching, and confidence-building—not to replace your judgment or hands-on supervision.

- This session is educational and coaching-based, and does not provide personalized medical, nursing, or emergency care advice.

- All decisions about if, when, and how to bathe your baby remain your responsibility. We focus on Bath for Sleep—not hygiene—to nurture your baby's skin and brain through calm, connection-centered rituals.

- During the session, you are solely responsible for your baby’s safety, environment, and comfort, including water depth, temperature, and room conditions.

- Your baby must never be left unattended in or near water, even for a moment, including during this virtual session.

- The facilitator cannot see or control every aspect of your space; any demonstrations or suggestions must be adapted by you to your baby, your setup, and your provider’s recommendations.

- If you have medical, developmental, or postnatal concerns (for you or your baby), please consult your healthcare provider before implementing any part of your bath routine.

By booking this 30-minute virtual bath lesson, you acknowledge that you are the primary caregiver, remain in full control of the bath at all times, and accept responsibility for applying information in a way that is safe and appropriate for your baby and your home.
