This TShirt uses DTG printing technology (Direct-to-Garment). With this technology, a printer directly applies the ink onto a product with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt or hoodie. The DTG process uses eco-friendly nontoxic "water-based" inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

Due to the combination of water based inks along with the fabric density & fabric content of different products, the print opaqueness (not able to be seen through; not transparent) will vary from product to product. Because the water based ink is "absorbed" by the fabric, the resulting printed graphic will have a faded/vintage look. While we think this is a cool "lived-in" effect, it may not be ideal for you if you prefer a super opaque printed outcome on the products you wish to order.

"Project Management Mastery" describes the science and art of project management in a highly accessible and insightful way. This guide is written in understandable language for beginners and can also be a refresher for seasoned project managers. What a wonderful book on project management. The author describes what project management is, how to create a project plan, and the different phases that exist. He covers traditional project management and newer versions of it that have evolved, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2. He goes into a lot of detail into each phase, different software you can use, along with visualization tools available like Gantt Charts and Kanban boards. It is a good comprehensive book that goes in to detail into each area of project management, what you should do to be successful and the various places that project managers typically fail. Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.
