All Organic Ingredients: Dead Sea Salts (containing 87 minerals), Epsom Salts, Baking Soda, Magnesium Flakes, Himalayan Pink Salt, and French Pink Clay. 

Directions: Add 1 cup of salts to hot bath water. Stir the water to dissolve the salts. Soak for at least 20 minutes (the longer the better!).  When you are done soaking, rinse off with warm clean water.  Apply an organic body oil or cream while your skin is still damp to lock in hydration and moisturization!
