For more than fifty years Red Barber was the voice of baseball. The game was broadcast sporadically until the late 1930s, when Barber burst into prominence by bringing it home to radio listeners, play by play. More than half a century later, he could still be heard, broadcasting over National Public Radio from his retirement home in Tallahassee. Announcing for the Brooklyn Dodgers and later for the New York Yankees, he became a legend long before his death in 1992. Red's story reveals the growth and changes in baseball over the years, the demands of sportscasting, and the difference between radio and television reporting. Here is Red giving major play-by-plays of his own life and career with characteristic wit and integrity.Binding Type: Paperback

Sweet tees!
Size: X-Small, Color: Terracotta/Tiger Faces/Yeti, Size: X-Small, Color: Terracotta/Tiger Faces/Yeti
soft and really cute t shirts. I bought some for my eldest son but then quickly ordered a set for my youngest son. They have been so excited to match.
I feel like they shrunk a bit or maybe the sizing is off for my boys. I don’t know that they would fit past this summer. I love the fact that they are 100% cotton- win in my book!

Good basic shirts for regular wear
Number of Items: 2, Color: Black, Size: X-Large
I bought these for exercise recently and they’ve been really noice. The cotton feels thick but not too heavy, and after a few washes the color hasn’t faded much at all. They run a bit big -just feels a bit loose, but thats pretty comfy and actually nice since it circulats air nicely
Heres some pros and cons for ya.
Pros:
Nice heavy cotton, not thin like some other brands
Holds color pretty good after washing
2 pack is good value
Cons:
Sizing runs a little big
Shrinks a bit in dryer if you use high heat
Overall solid everyday tshirts for casual wear and stuf- nothing fancy but they do the job and feel like they’ll last longer than the most ones i feel.
