Since he was four years old, his mother promised him that someday they would go to a magical world his father created just for them. Then, she died, leaving him all alone. He was sent to live with his horrible aunt in a horrible trailer park, forced to go to a horrible school whose name, Cookie Cutter Grade School, says it all. He always felt invisible, like he was nothing special. He was just Hyro. Until one day he awoke in the middle of the night to find a mouse with buttons for eyes staring back at him. That was the day that everything changed. Because there were still more worlds to explore. Still a few fantastic places left.
