The HED Jet Disc Plus Wheel is a rear wheel that ramps up the aerodynamic performance of your favorite aero rim brake bike at a more affordable price than the Jet Black. This version features a hybrid build of the wheel for a combination of value and performance. The sides of the disc are made with a lightweight and stiff carbon fiber while the braking track is made of durable machined aluminum. The surface used for the braking track greatly improves stopping power. HED claims that this material reduces distance by 25 percent in normal conditions and by a whopping 75 percent in wet weather.
