Active ingredients:
Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) extract dry conc. 150 mg equivalent dry flower 600 mg, Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 33.3 mg equivalent dry strobile 250 mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry conc. 50 mg equivalent dry herb 250 mg, Avena sativa (Oats) extract dry conc. 25 mg equivalent fresh herb 250 mg. Contains tabletting aids.

No added yeast, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Directions:    
Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day. Maximum of 2 tablets per day.
Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed.

Contraindications and cautions:
•    Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
•    Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
